Most paintings are on feathers, but there are also several painted on deer hides. All paintings are done with acrylics. Since the hides are porous, it allows a wonderful merge of the looks of watercolor and acrylic.
The Fine Print
All pieces are currently sold or otherwise unavailable. However, I do accept commissions for custom pieces at any time.
Some paintings are painted on turkey feathers, while other feather pieces are painted on peacock or chicken feathers.
The white buffalo images are of Miracle, the white buffalo born in Janesville, WI.
For commissions valued at more than $99, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront. The remainder due when the completed work is accepted.
Copyright remains with me unless other arrangements are made.
Shipping and handling for feathers are now included in the price. For larger pieces, shipping and handling are paid by the buyer.
